The Purpose of Meditation

Of all the wellness practices I’ve learned, immersed in, and experienced, practicing mindfulness has been the navigation tool to meet my difficulties with ease & compassion.

In Buddhism, ‘Mindfulness’ is rooted in the Pali word “Sati” which translates to remember. Mindfulness in essence is remembering our true nature.

Remembering who we are.
Remembering that it’s okay.
Remembering that peace is available to you.
Remembering that you can always access your inner wisdom despite the internal & external chaos.

🙏🏽 Join me this Wed 4.14 at 9am pst for a 30-min Intro to Mindfulness Meditation class.

To honor the 2,600 year old Buddhist tradition in which Mindfulness stems from and the beautiful practice of “dana” (generosity). This Zoom class is offered by donation. Link in bio to sign up. 🌿
